Orders, payments and delivery
The connected merchant owns the sale. Open Account → Orders or the order detail, then use the merchant’s support link. For returns, cancellations, delivery, refunds, product safety or payment questions, contact that merchant directly. Do not post order tokens, addresses, payment details or other personal information in a public issue.
Connecting a store
- Enter only the store’s HTTPS domain, without credentials, query parameters or fragments.
- Review the verified store name and address before confirming.
- If discovery fails, confirm that the store runs a compatible Mercato API and publishes
/.well-known/mercato. - Insecure HTTP, cross-origin API links, redirects and unstable identities are intentionally rejected.
Account and privacy help
Account credentials belong to the connected merchant. Password reset, export and deletion availability depend on that store’s account capabilities. The app exposes supported controls under Account and Settings → Privacy. See Account Deletion for exact steps.
Application support
For a reproducible client defect, accessibility issue or documentation problem, open a request in the Mercato iOS repository. This is a public channel; remove personal and transaction information.

Platform and backend integration questions belong in the Mercato module repository.
Include useful diagnostic context
- App version and build from Settings → Technical information.
- iOS version and device model.
- Whether the problem affects the embedded demo or a connected store.
- Safe reproduction steps and the exact visible error.
- A redacted screenshot when it helps; never include credentials or signed links.
Compatibility
The current native client targets iOS 17 or later. Features shown by a connected store depend on its Mercato API version and capabilities.
